The GSSS also requested interviews with graduate students through UTM’s graduate listserv, department coordinators, graduate associations, and graduate supervisors. She interviewed thirty-two graduate supervisors and five staff members from across campus (see details in Table 1). The GSSS sent interview requests to all UTM staff and faculty member who were supervising graduate students during the 2018-2019 academic year.
